Add catalytic converter rebuilds to your shop

Offer your customers a rebuilt converter — with no inventory to stock and no equipment to buy. Your customer's failed core comes to us, we rebuild it, and it's back on your bench in 3–5 business days. You install it and mark it up.

Why partner with D&S

Stop turning the job away — or sending it out

Right now a plugged converter probably means a lost job or a customer you point down the road. With D&S behind you, it becomes a repair you keep in your own bay: you quote it, we rebuild it, you install and bill it. Same customer, same shop, new margin.

💰

Real margin on every job

Wholesale partner pricing. You set the retail — the spread between our price and the counter is yours.

📦

Zero inventory risk

Nothing to stock, no cash tied up in cores. You order per job, only when a customer's in front of you.

🔧

No equipment, no training

You don't rebuild anything. You pull the old unit, ship it, and bolt the rebuilt one back on.

👤

Keep the customer

The work stays under your roof instead of walking to a dealer or a muffler chain.

Warranty you can pass on

Every rebuild is backed against manufacturing defects — a promise you hand to your customer.

A story that sells

Rebuilt in America, built to meet EPA emissions standards, about half of OEM. Easy to quote, easy to close.

Simple core exchange

How the partnership works

No new process to learn. It slots into the way you already handle a repair.

1
Your customer's converter fails

Plugged, blown, or throwing a cat code. You diagnose it like any other exhaust job.

2
You send us the core

Pull the old converter and ship it to D&S — send the machine or engine details, or a photo of the unit, and we confirm fit.

3
We rebuild it

Fresh substrate in the original housing, built to meet EPA emissions standards. At partner pricing.

4
Back in 3–5 business days

The rebuilt unit ships to your shop ready to install. You bolt it on, bill your customer, and keep the margin.

White-label the whole thing: we work with your shop, not your customer. The job stays yours from quote to install.
What we rebuild

Built for the equipment your customers run

D&S rebuilds catalytic converters for wood chippers — Bandit, Morbark, and Vermeer — plus many engines behind off-road and equipment exhaust: GM, Power Solutions International, Kohler, CAT, and more.

Partner questions

How do I make money on this?

You order rebuilds at wholesale partner pricing and bill your customer at your retail rate — the spread is your margin, on top of any labor you charge to remove and install the unit. Most shops price it well under a new OEM converter and still make a healthy profit.

Do I have to stock anything?

No. There's no inventory and no minimum order. You order a rebuild only when you have a customer's job in front of you, using their failed converter as the core.

Do you deal with my customer directly?

No — the program is white-label. We work with your shop. The quote, the customer relationship, and the final install all stay with you.

Who pays for shipping?

We'll walk through shipping on both legs when you apply. It's a simple core-in, rebuild-out exchange, and we ship nationwide from Massachusetts.

What's the warranty, and can I pass it on?

Every rebuild is backed against manufacturing defects, and yes — you can stand behind that with your own customer.

Is there a fee or a commitment to sign up?

No sign-up fee and no minimums. Apply, get your pricing, and send your first core whenever a job comes in.

What if I'm not sure a converter is one you rebuild?

Send us the machine and engine — or a photo and part number off the old unit — and we'll confirm fit before you ship anything.
